Mr. Kraft is the managing partner of Kraft Opich LLP in Citrus Heights. He was
an executive vice president of a regional bank before entering the practice of bankruptcy and commercial law in 1991. Today, Mr. Kraft represents many of Greater Sacramento's leading financial institutions in matters of bankruptcy, creditors' rights, commercial law and real estate.

Mr Kraft's education includes: B.B.A. degree in 1974, and M.B.A. degree in
1979, at Loyola University in Los Angeles, California; J.D. degree, with Great Distinction, in 1991 at McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific.

Mr. Hart received his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Oregon in 1970. He earned his law degree from California Western School of Law in 1973.

Mr. Steinheimer is a partner in Ellis Law Group LLP. Mr. Steinheimer has a broad civil litigation practice and represents individuals, professionals and businesses
in all aspects of litigation. Mr. Steinheimer has successfully represented clients in jury and bench trials and has extensive appellate experience in both state and federal court of appeals. Mr. Steinheimer’s practice includes commercial litigation, professional negligence defense, business litigation and product and premises liability. Mr. Steinheimer also has developed an expertise in defending claims brought under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), and has defended hundreds of such cases in state and federal court.

Mr. Steinheimer obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of California, San Diego in 1994. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1998.

John M. O'Donnell, Bankruptcy, Collections & Business Law & Litigation

John M. O’Donnell has worked with Sacramento small businesses and financial institutions since 1989 to provide the legal services essential to business operations, such as bankruptcy litigation, business litigation, collections, and insurance litigation. He also is an experienced transactional attorney. Mr. O'Donnell received his bachelor's degree from California State University, Chico in 1986, and his law degree from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in 1989.

Michelle A. Goff is a partner in the firm Goff, Conway-Spatola Law Group and certified by the State of California as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law. Areas of expertise include wills and probate, trusts, health care directives, conservertorships and taxation. She also litigates disputes in probate court.

Divorce Law: Margaret B. Walton

Margaret B. Walton has been a divorce lawyer since 1983 practicing as a member of a Sacramento litigation firm and as a sole practitioner. She has specialized in divorce law exclusively in Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, Yolo and San Joaquin counties since 1988. Margaret is a Certified Family Law Specialist, a title conferred by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, signifying she represents the highest standards in the practice of divorce law. Moreover, she has received extensive post graduate education in mediation and conflict resolution.

Since 1991, Margaret has served as a Judge Pro Tem for family law settlement conferences in Sacramento County. In this capacity, she has presided over scores of hearings that have resulted in divorcing couples and their legal counsel reaching settlement agreements without need of a trial. Margaret received her law degree from the University of California, Davis.
